This co*cktail has the beautiful blue of a Tiffany's box. The flavor is sweet and tart and tropical with bubbles. Who can resist bubbly co*cktails? Not me! How sweet it is depends on whether you use the Moscato (sweet), the Prosecco (medium), or the Champagne (the least sweet and most complex). The percentage of alcohol in this is actually quite low which makes it perfect for a Valentine's Day breakfast in bed, Mother's Day, or a wedding brunch.

Can this be made in a pitcher or does it have to be made by the glass? My daughter is having a mimosa bar at her baby shower. These would be perfect!

I think you can make them by the pitcher. If you hover over the serving size you can move it up to 24 I think and the ingredient measurements will change to match.
